Westwood Financial is a premier owner and operator of high-quality shopping centers located in the top US metropolitan markets.

When a new CEO joined Westwood, Tangelo was asked to help with an internal communications plan. They wanted to get employees excited about the future direction as well as get them coordinated around the company values. Tangelo strategized with internal stakeholders and then developed an Internal communications package with a portfolio of assets including screensavers, artwork, and posters to be displayed in all offices, as well as other materials with messaging that encapsulated the values and the new direction. We continue to work with them on a project basis to write and design new marketing collateral, sales proposals, and investor decks as needed.
